President Duterte first new order was the creation of one stop SHop for OFW`s now he wants to stream line not just the services but the beaurocacies concerns with the ofws aswell .

President Duterte Says "Overseas meron na kayo in a few months a Department of OFW only you can use the online at kayo doon na gusto mag hanap ng trabaho you can just Direct kung ano ang ilista namin dyan at mamili kayo then you APPLY ONLINE  yan lang wag kayong dumaan sa mga diser mga employment , Deretso na kayo they will take care at their END para di na kayo MAHIRAPAN  " 

The Presidenet said that the creation of new department is up to Congress House of Repsentative consolidated 6 bills that proposed to creat an OFW departmen.

In the Senate commitee on labor held the hearing for the proposal of  Department of Migration and development act of 2016 .
